• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• UAE Local Delivery: Estimated 2-5 business days.
• International Shipping: Estimated 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Free shipping may be available for orders that meet a certain value (details available at checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer is responsible for additional re-shipping costs.
• Refunds for undeliverable packages will be processed excluding shipping fees.
