1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

• Opened or used beauty products (including skincare, makeup, and personal care items).
• Items purchased on clearance or promotional sales.
• Gift cards and digital products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us – Email sales@charmingscosmetics.shop with your order details and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
3. Ship the Item – Send the product back in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
