1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Opened or used beauty products (including skincare, makeup, and personal care items).
- Items purchased on clearance or promotional sales.
- Gift cards and digital products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email sales@charmingscosmetics.shop with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item – Send the product back in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
